We’re 20 days into the first month of the year, and while I’d be lying if I said I’ve been off to a good start, I’m also determined to make this year a good one.

I haven’t written or blogged in quite some time. I miss it so much, it’s like a form of therapy. I can’t really say that I’m feeling uninspired, but I am extremely busy and very very tired. (hehe that rhymes)

I’ve wanted to share some of my favourite moments from 2019, of which there are many. I’ve wanted to share my experiences, thoughts, and random posts. I’ve wanted to make new covers of songs, and finish writing the ones I’ve started. And although I have plenty of motivation, I seem to keep leaving it lying there on the shelf.

This year, I’ve decided that I want to improve on my self-organisation tactics; setting large goals as well as mini ones, along with the deadlines for by when I want them done. In summary, I want to get my shit together.

So since I’ve now finally sat myself down to start ticking things off my to-do list for the week, I thought I’d start off this year’s blogging by bringing this up.

I’m 26 now, and while 25 was a great and pivotal year for me, I’d really like this year to be the one where I finally do all the things I’ve been putting off for far too long. At least most of them. I’m ambitious but also realistic. Or maybe it’s because I’m filled with self doubt. I wish I weren’t, I’m trying very hard to overcome that.

Setting my goals for 2020

Although I won’t be sharing my specific list of goals here, this blog post is going to serve as a sort of promise and personal reminder. I plan on working very hard in all parts of my life to make the most out of my time on this planet.

So here’s to what I hope will be a productive, successful, happy, and healthy year ahead – not only for myself, but for all of you. May you all have the motivation and strength you need to make this year your best one yet. 🥂 🙂

Until next time,
